Wonderful experience! The last car I bought was 10 years ago and I was a nervous wreck when I made the executive decision to purchase a newer vehicle this year. I had been web searching and visiting multiple dealerships and really was still unclear about what direction to take. When I first walked into Axelrod I saw a familiar face that made me feel immediately comfortable. It was that of Jamie Blazer, who sold me my last car, a 2005 GMC Envoy at Bigelow Chevrolet in Parma, which closed a few years back. She was very fair, kind, and honest in the past and I had a good feeling right off the bat when I saw her. She is now the sales manager so I was put with a charming, young salesman, Michael Hadley. He,was extremely helpful and did his best to direct me to the car that fit my taste and budget. Between him and another down to earth, helpful, and honest saleperson, Richard Dues, I had narrowed down the perfect vehicle. I never once felt pressured or bullied into making a decision. Richard made my decision very easy. Susie Axelrod is a master at her job and worked her magic to find me the best possible payment for my budget. Thanks to her I walked out of there, after signing papers, feeling confident and comfortable with my decision. I was treated with kindness and respect from everyone involved....from the girl who got me coffee at the front desk to Dale, another salesman, who very kindly educated me on operation of my new vehicle (2015 GMC Acadia). Ryan, the service manager ( also from Bigelow ) congratulated me and welcomed me to the dealership . I am happy that I decided to walk through the doors of Axelrod. Buying a car should not have to be terrifying. Customer service here is out of this world. More
