personnel were professional. I gave good rating to Service Dept. HOWEVER, my wife was unable to drive the car as power seat was jammed into exit position and she was unable to re I gave good rating to Service Dept. Car was taken to dealer on July 6, checked out....advised parts had to be ordered. Parts came in July 12. Repair done July 13 in about four hours. We requested loaner as the car was not driveable by my wife. Loaner was given on July 13 when car was taken back for repair. QUESTION: Why wouldn't Buick/GM or dealer provide loaner when car was not driveable by owner ( ,my wife ). She leased the new car in October2017., More
