Good sales dept./ poor service repairmen I bought my new 2017 Buick Regal in April 2018. Serviced numerous times since June. Each time I picked up my car, there was damage to my car. I bought my new 2017 Buick Regal in April 2018. Serviced numerous times since June. Each time I picked up my car, there was damage to my car. June: sun roof needed adjusted, I was told it needed new parts, then I was told that it needed a new motor. July: I picked it up and immediately noticed deep scratches on the console, steering wheel looked like a razor blade got to it, my leather seats were dirty and had many grease marks. Justin saw these and said to leave it again so they could fix it. July: I picked it up and repairs were made, but seat remained greasy on the right side of the driver's seat. They kept it there to clean the seat. I picked it up again, It wasn't cleaned AND there were additional grease marks on the left side of the driver's seat! July: My car was dropped off at my house (thank you), the left side was cleaned, but not the right side! There was also one lug nut cover from each tire missing. I called, messaged, and emailed with pictures. Many excuses were given to me ranging from "The seats look different in different lighting" to "We provide plastic for the employees to place on the seats to protect it, but that doesn't mean they have to use it". This is unprofessional. More
The Service was GREAT! The gentleman that checked me in for an oil change was very polite ( I didn't get his name) but we were in a hurry that day and I told him that, and h The gentleman that checked me in for an oil change was very polite ( I didn't get his name) but we were in a hurry that day and I told him that, and he said he would try to get in done quickly. And he did! What a great guy. The only complaint I have is there were no Famous Amous cookies. It was a nice little treat to have there as we waited. I hope you get them back again.
