Slow service I generally will give Axelrod Buick a 5 star rating, they always seem to be on top of things. However waiting 1-1/2 hrs for an oil change is a bit too I generally will give Axelrod Buick a 5 star rating, they always seem to be on top of things. However waiting 1-1/2 hrs for an oil change is a bit too long. At time of arrival, we should have been made aware there was going to be a delay. The next time, if the shuttle is available for an oil change/tire rotation, I'll use it. I might add the last time I called for an oil change, Dorothy got me in immediately because the service light came on, which I greatly appreciated. More
