Everything was great however the tire that you looked at is still leaking. Was told they just tighten the valve. I asked one of the men working at the service desk to relay an added service I wanted to purchase along with my re-call service work to the gentleman who was taking care of my service. He never relayed t relay an added service I wanted to purchase along with my re-call service work to the gentleman who was taking care of my service. He never relayed the message and his communication with myself as a customer was very poor and the results of the service department losing the sale could have been avoided if he had better customer service skills or at least got up out of the chair he was sitting in and did his job better working with customers poor communication skills and very poor customer service skills. More
