I had the worst experience ever. Chris lied to my Warrenty and told them I was in accident and also told them someone else was working on my car (no visible damage saying I was and t Chris lied to my Warrenty and told them I was in accident and also told them someone else was working on my car (no visible damage saying I was and that was not a true statement) I Told him I wasn’t in an accident or that no one else was working on my car. He argue me down saying that his logic was correct and HE LIED ON ME to my Warrenty (because that was not a true statement) they didn’t cover my car and I had to come out of pocket to pay to get my car back. How can he say that to someone if he don’t know what actually happened. That’s called a LIE. Cardell was the technician, he did a wonderful job and car is driving like I just got it off the lot. I have been here before and have never had this happen. I won’t be back if they allow they employees to lie on customers. He’s not like the other GMC workers I dealt with in the past. I wouldn’t recommend this location if Chris is going to be writing the tickets. More
