Thank you for your feedback as we welcome all comments, positive and negative, to help better our customer experience. We understand your issues and frustration with the factory, our dealership and some of our team. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not qualify within the state lemon law provisions with the 2 isolated issues over a 23-month period. While we understand the issues were inconvenient, they were covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and were completed within the time designations listed by the factory. After multiple attempts to assist you in trading out of the vehicle, our dealership was within $500-$1000 of the trade value you received elsewhere. With all of that said, we failed your expectations and for that we apologize. Our customers, employees and vendors are our highest priority; we attempt to never lose sight of that. We will take the experience to further review and revise our internal processes to ensure our customer experience is the best it can possibly be. We do truly appreciate your feedback and again, we apologize for not meeting your expectations.
