Very bad would not recommend I don’t even have my car yet and I feel ripped off. Purchased a vehicle and noticed the front head light was not working. Was given the run around about the problem and how long it would take to fix. Went from being told it was a simple fix, to having a rental vehicle for almost a week. And now they’re trying to sell me a car that has been torn apart and put back together. This looks very bad for Axelrod GMC and I will not be doing business there again. More
Absolutely perfect, on time and courteous I used to go to another GMC dealer in the southwest side of Cleveland. It was horrible, poor service, lies and unprofessional. Set up a new lease I was offered a lease buy-back early on the 2016 Buick LaCrosse that I had leased in 2016 when the lease had 8 months to go. That was great because I I was offered a lease buy-back early on the 2016 Buick LaCrosse that I had leased in 2016 when the lease had 8 months to go. That was great because I wanted to switch to an SUV anyway. They worked with me to arrange a new lease on a 2019 Buick Envision Essence. Chris Della Volpe was the salesman I worked with. He was very helpful in setting up a driving experience with the Envision and we were able to reach agreement on price after a couple of visits. The new car is great to drive, has ample power and is fully equipped. I am very happy with it. More

"Love the attention to detail...!" I am always treated like family in the Axelrod Service Department! It's truly a nice feeling when I am greeted by name, and when the Service Depart I am always treated like family in the Axelrod Service Department! It's truly a nice feeling when I am greeted by name, and when the Service Department Manager, Ryan, opens the door for me with a smile, and demonstrates with his attitude and with his disposition that he appreciates my business. He does an amazing job of representing Axelrod! Dorothy, the Service Consultant, did a great job of checking me in and getting me taken care of promptly. There was a bit of confusion (perhaps on my part, or perhaps on the part of the Sales Department) about a free oil change coupon that I had received when I purchased the vehicle. I understood that I received two free oil changes from GM (I've now already used both of those at Axelrod), and another one from Axelrod, but that was not the case. While the "Axelrod free oil change coupon" was not honored, Dorothy did ensure that I received a discount on the oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate that she was looking out for me! Also, when I called in to get my vehicle scheduled for service, Paula, the receptionist, got me scheduled promptly and professionally. She is always very friendly, and even though she deals with countless people every day, she makes me feel like I am more than just another customer! Lastly, Bob, the Porter, did an amazing job of taking care of every detail when it came to wiping down my Terrain after it came out of the Axelrod courtesy car wash. I chatted with him briefly to thank him for being so conscientious, and I found out he was a retired engineer. Wow! From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt that everyone was focused on me as the customer... More
