Outstanding experience! We came in after a long day of dealing with car salesmen, test driving other vehicles, and talking numbers at several other dealerships. Needless to say, we were tired, but determined to find the best vehicle to fit our needs, at a fair price. We finally showed up at Axelrod Buick GMC with a little hesitation, because we assumed that the Enclave, a third row SUV, wouldn’t be in our budget. Our first contact was with Rachel Wallace. We expressed our concerns with ‘wasting our time’ because we were essentially looking at a luxury vehicle. She was extremely professional, and listened to our concerns. She insisted we come in, as we might be pleasantly surprised to find the Enclave is more affordable than we would think! So, she set up an appointment for us with Brandon and Brett Leek. When we arrived, they quickly met us at the door, acknowledged the options that we wanted most, and set up a test drive. We were blown away by the quality and comfort of the Enclave. It truly blew away the competition that we spent all day looking at. We decided if they were able to meet our budget, then we would definitely be purchasing a Buick. Brandon and Brett sat us down, and not only met our budget for the vehicle with all the options that we wanted most, but even beat the other dealers by a long shot! Then, to go above and beyond, located for the exact color combination my wife loved! When it was time to meet Susie for the finance piece, we were amazed at how quick and easy it was to sign!
