No high-pressure selling in the F&I office for dealer add-on junk fees or after-sale products and services. Only minor complaint is that their internet rep did not advise that he would not be working on the next day when I attempted to meet him to buy the car, so I had to work around him. I am appreciative of the complimentary next-day delivery to my home 50 miles away that saved me a trip back to the dealer. A pleasant, trustworthy, family-run business. More
