I went in for a complimentary oil change. The visit was quite impersonal. My recommendation would be to go over with the client what work was completed during the service, not just hand them a paper... Whi quite impersonal. While the employees were polite the overall experience was less than ideal. For example, in addition to filling in the maintenance sticker on your windshield, why not also inform the client what was done, then proceed by asking if they have any questions. More
