I needed service on our BMW 750iL, so I called our go to service advisor Patti Kupfer. She set up an appointment for 7AM yesterday. When I arrived she was at her desk waiting. She greeted me by name inspec service advisor Patti Kupfer. She set up an appointment for 7AM yesterday. When I arrived she was at her desk waiting. She greeted me by name inspected the car.
