The Autohaus BMW dealer is over twice the distance I would travel to my nearest BMW dealer, but I will go to Autohaus. Our salesman,Brandon, was knowledgeable, welcoming, and gracious. Miles, our tech a would travel to my nearest BMW dealer, but I will go to Autohaus. Our salesman,Brandon, was knowledgeable, welcoming, and gracious. They charge an extra 2% if you use a credit card to pay for service. Next time I’ll check other dealers re credit card fees and take my business to any that does not charge the fee for service. Trey was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process of ordering my special rims for my vehicle from Germany and when the warehouse in Germany sent the wrong rims Trey was on top of the si whole process of ordering my special rims for my vehicle from Germany and when the warehouse in Germany sent the wrong rims Trey was on top of the situation and immediately sent them back and reordered the correct ones. He extended my loaner car agreement to accommodate the mistake that was made immediately. More
