This is my third time working with this dealership and the service and staff are outstanding! Kyle helped me during my first two visits and Chris helped me during my recent service visit. Autohaus BMW immediately leaned forward to help me when I had a tire blowout. They worked me in a packed service schedule quickly, provided a loaner vehicle overnight and had my car ready to pickup by 9am t had a tire blowout. From the receptionist who answered my “panic call” to the service advisor and also the service professionals, all made me feel like I was their priority. I don’t see this as a one-time event.
