I had been looking for some time to step-up from the car I was driving for seven years. The 2008 Honda Accord LX that Keim's had for sale caught my eye and I spent days researching it. I stopped by the showroom one day and a few hours later I was driving away in my new Accord! (Well, new to me.) Kenny was avery easy to work with and answered all my questions. He told me that the sales staff take turns driving the vehicles not only to familiarize themselves with them but to be sure they fit the standards for Keim Pre-owned. I was looking for a 7 passenger Ford SUV. Paul showed me a few different years, no pressure. Keim has a great selection and fair prices. FIRST!--Paul is good at his job hands down. He is a salesman by definition, friendly and aggressive to get you to buy a car you show any interest in. Went in looking to trade my old truck...couldn't g salesman by definition, friendly and aggressive to get you to buy a car you show any interest in. Went in looking to trade my old truck...couldn't get a reasonable trade-in price, oh well continued to purchase the car i had set in on. While signing the final paperwork i was not too pleased when i purchased the warranty for 2 years (first mistake) and they (paul and his associates) put it through as a 3 year warranty to get more money out of me and all but force a higher final sale price than previously agreed. Got my way after a couple minutes of everyone staring at each other like fools. SECOND!--On the way home the vehicle which i had just purchased for 20k plus...4 door family sedan, a bit on the luxury side..leaves me sit only 10 minutes after i left the dealer. I dealt with it on my own and got vehicle back and running. 1 week later the a/c Completely stops working. Chews threw 1 qt. of oil and creeks whenever i turn and brake to a stop. Oh and the spare tire was completely shredded. This is not the quality you pay for from a so called "reputable" dealer for 20k. Finally after a day of phone tag and the problems becoming known to the dealer and their "service" department i take my vehicle in to get it checked out figuring they would at least fix one or two of the issues, after having it for two days i go to pick it up and i get a "sorry none of the issues we found are covered under warranty and the other ones you told us about, we couldn't figure it out, here's the keys." Never going to do business with these people again and definitely not recommending anyone to them. More

Paul was a great Salesman, I have not a single complaint about Him. However the Dealer just seems to not want to sell a Vehicle unless you go with their commands. I was looking for an older Pick up Truck to about Him. However the Dealer just seems to not want to sell a Vehicle unless you go with their commands. I was looking for an older Pick up Truck to use to commute back and forth to work only. I saw this 99 F150 on their website and decided to check it out. Granted this is an older Vehicle, with 90 thousand miles, but cleaned up it would be well suited for my needs. There were a few relatively serious issues I had about the vehicle, torn seat, Torn steering wheel cover,remains of duct tape on the dashboard over the glove compartment, Running Boards rusting. Passenger side window that would not work. The Truck needed a serious cleaning, but I figured that they would do all these needs for me in order for me to purchase this Truck. Paul and I came up with what I considered a very fair price for this Truck. I was very serious about buying this Truck. Then the bottom falls out, after waiting for nearly an Hour, Paul comes out and hands me a piece of Paper, with the cost of repairs for this Truck. It was well over 900 Dollars. I looked at him and asked Him what this was. He explained that this would be my cost to get this Truck fixed, on top of the purchase price. I started to get up and walk out but he asked me what he could do. I told Him exactly what we agreed on. He went back into a Office again, and came back out a few Minutes later with the same no answer. I figured there is no longer any need for me to be in this Dealer and walked out. Paul was very Friendly and Professional, however we could not come up with a Deal. More

Things that the said they would take care of at the time of the sale they took care of after the sale just like they said. I was very pleased with the purchase price. The only negative was that I felt a little rushed but I bought the car because I wanted it. But one thing was missed that I would have wanted because it was hurried. I don't like to make a decision quickly because you usually forget something that is Important. But that was my decision and I would certainly go back there again. More

Very easy to talk to and I ended up making 3 visits before actually making the purchase.
