This would be her first car buying experience and her first car payment, so we expected the worst. What we ACTUALLY got was the best! We worked with Kevin Bodine - what a great guy! There wasn't a single moment that we felt pressured, which is a huge plus. The kindness that Kevin extended to my daughter, husband and me was top notch, to the point that we all felt as though we were important, not just my daughter. He worked incredibly hard (with Linda - thank you) to make sure that we kept her payments right where we needed them to be, to keep them affordable. This experience was incredible and I can honestly say that we will definitely return for the next car that we need. Thanks Kevin! More

He was always willing to help in any way he could and made the experience even better. He was always looking for more ways to help me, even if I had not asked. You could see that he was really passionate about helping others and that he had the customer's best interest in mind. He was a genuine person, not only a sales associate, which made buying a vehicle a lot more comfortable. He was knowledgeable in every aspect of the car buying experience. I felt secure being in the hands of an employee who knows what they are doing. Along with Kevin, Kenny helped me understand warranties, credit information, and more, making me feel most certain about my decision on my car and affordability. They worked with me for over a week to try and figure out loan approvals and what vehicle would be best suitable for me. The whole time I was going through this process, they made it about me and finding a vehicle that I was satisfied with, in both price and quality. I am so astonished to see how much this dealership cares about the customers and how much effort they put forth to make their customers happy. With such a great selection of vehicles, the only difficult part of the process was deciding which one to buy. I have never had such a nice car at such a great price. To tell you the truth I wasn't even going to stop at Keim Pre-Owned, but i saw the Mazda RX-8 that they had and I had to stop by to check it out. They responded to my online interest message very quickly and welcomed me to come by and check the car out. The overall experience was very nice. I would definitely buy another car from them. More

Especially knowing that was a concern of ours on Thursday. Paul was aware of this on Thursday when we spoke to him. I understand he turned over the sale to Eric, and all information that was discussed wasn't transferred. I'm not complaining, Eric did a great job with us and he tried and we are thankful for that, but if the communication was there we might have had the cover. Unfortunately, the one that they were going to take the cover off of was being sold at the same time we were purchasing ours. The only other thing was, usually when I have purchased vehicles in the past; they have been detailed and washed before taking off the lot. The inside was clean but could have used a wash. None of these things would keep me from referring you to friends and family. Everyone was very nice and worked with us to get approved for the vehicle we wanted. The latch on the tailgate is broken and they are gladly fixing that for us with no charge. Thank you! More

Service Department Went in for air conditioner repair (under extended warranty). Pete worked directly with the warranty company and made all the arrangements. The diagnosis and subsequent parts delivery took a few days but it was worth the wait. Air conditioning works great now and the price was very reasonable. Pete kept me informed the whole way. More

Great Service Pete from the Service Department has been outstanding. He is a shining example of what true Customer Service is. They truely put the Customer first and with this I will always bring my vehicle their for Service. terrible terrible terrible I have never been more disappointed in a car dealership in my life. 2 weeks after having my veh the brake lines fell off while driving with my kids in I have never been more disappointed in a car dealership in my life. 2 weeks after having my veh the brake lines fell off while driving with my kids in the car. That was a nightmare to have them fix. Then they only did the front and not the rear. Now 2000 miles later the exhaust they rigged has to be replaced. The tires have to be replaced. since day one the front 2 will not hold air .. ever.Oh no ones mentioned the short in the rear tail light. Or how about the extensive under body rust. Hm since it was to cold to detail. Most of it was covered. I have never been more upset and felt like I was scammed in my entire life. 20,000 in the hole for truck not even worth a dime at this point. What a scam More
