The other staff in the office were very friendly with our chatty toddler as well. Overall, everyone did a great job of making us feel comfortable. The small details such as having juice boxes on hand for the children are the things that make Keim a stand out dealership for us! The experience with purchasing our vehicle was also spectacular. Ely was very thorough and efficient in explaining the paperwork and getting everything done in a timely manner. The price we paid for our Volvo, in great condition, could not be beat anywhere else around Berks, Schuylkill, or Lancaster. We enjoyed every aspect of the sometimes dreadful process of car buying because we chose Keim Pre-owned! More

Within a few weeks, I returned to the dealership for my husband and two of our children to make another purchase. The staff made pop corn and gave the kids juice, which made them happy and content.
