Horrible! Never go to this dealership! They're a rip off and very rude. In the 15-20 minutes that I was inside they had to do 2 refunds to customers who changed Never go to this dealership! In the 15-20 minutes that I was inside they had to do 2 refunds to customers who changed their minds on the vehicles and they would not even allow us to look at the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. My husband and I both have over 700 credit scores and they tried to tell us that for a $15,000 car we would need 5 grand down. They openly admitted buying the vehicle from auction at under $12,000 and jacked it up to $15,000 wihthout any work being done. The joys of companies offering carfax. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Wonderful experience all around I have been researching a new car for about 2 months now, and was starting to wonder if I would ever find exactly what I was looking for. Then I found a car I was searching for on Autotrader, and the next day I went in to Keim. Right away Kevin greeted us and pointed us in the direction of the Subaru Legacy I was there to look at. Kevin was so informative and made my entire process so painfree, even finding me more affordable insurance! My experience at Keim was so easy and all around great. Kevin was so friendly and really took the time to help me through my first car buying experience. Everyone who worked there was so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Keim to anyone! Keim went above and beyond any other experience I had while searching for this car. I had been to a few dealerships on Mainheim Pike and even went through CarMax, but Keim was over all so much more friendlier and helpful than any of those other car places. With the service and care they offer, I will definitely be a lifetime customer! More

I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase. The price I paid was very reasonable considering the immaculate condition, low miles, and the way this Pontiac Vibe GT (rebadged Toyota Matrix XRS) just sips on paid was very reasonable considering the immaculate condition, low miles, and the way this Pontiac Vibe GT (rebadged Toyota Matrix XRS) just sips on gas! I filled it up on Premium (as this motor requires: VVTL-i) just last week and I'm down only a quarter tank. It's such a shame Toyota didn't keep producing this engine with Yamaha. Last but definitely not least, Kevin Bodie was easy and awesome to work with and made this transaction easy and quick! I would recommend Kevin and Keim Pre Owned and would surely do business again should I have any future needs! Thank you all again! More

poor inspection prior to driving off lot I came across this dealer after leaving another just up the street. The sales woman, finance magager and the owner were wonderful. They answered every question and seemed to be very genuine in selling me a quality used car. I felt as if I had found a dealership that did not fit the norm in customer care. I was wrong. I purchased the car but did not check out every option on the BMW as they were many. They wanted to put new brakes and paint work on scratches for me. I left the dealership very happy to have met such great people. 20 minutes after I left, I was stopped as the inspection on the car had run out a month prior. Fortunately, I was not ticketed. When I got home, I began to familiarize myself with the options. I found the one rear auto window shade did not work and the vent on the front dash was falling out. When I took the car back for the brake and paint, I asked them to fix the broken shade and vent. I was called by the sales woman to tell me I was responsible for the repairs as they only cover "safety" issues. She asked me "if I really would use the shades " and simply to purchase some superglue and fix the vent myself. I took the car to a BMW dealer to sync the Bluetooth with my iphone. They said there was a fault in the system in the car and would need to be fixed prior to being able to use it. The moon roof has a loud air noise and does drip water. I called service and was told to wait for my sales woman to return the call. It never happened. I like the car but in a matter of days, found they are not as interested as they claimed to be. I fully regret purchasing from this company. My advice, check every inch and option prior to trusting them as far as it all working. You will find they do not stand behind the problems even the next day. I am very disappointed as I really enjoyed meeting and working with the sales, owner and finance manager that day. It was a great experience. Sadly, it didn't last but a 2 days. More
