We're very sorry to learn of your frustration regarding the terms of your purchase. Please allow us to clarify a few things. The amount we allow for a trade is determined by its wholesale value - much like a consignment shop or antique dealer would do when they acquire an item for resale. Then, prior to considering your trade up to our standards for a retail unit, it went through the same stringent process the vehicle you purchased went through. Several mechanical issues were repaired, including the shocks and the radiator. We completed State Inspection and Emission testing, as well as extensive reconditioning of the vehicle, both inside and out. We will gladly outline the process your vehicle went through in more detail if you'd like to stop back in! We hope you're enjoying your new vehicle, and again, don't hesitate to stop by, we'd truly like an opportunity to smooth over any misconceptions regarding the process by which we acquire our trade-ins!
