Need to have better direction at check in for service. I pulled up and wasn't sure if I needed to wait in my car or go into offices. After a few minutes of not getting acknowledged, I decided to step inside. There was no warm welcome, just an unenthusiastic "how can I help you?" As for the service, I got a simple oil change for over $100. I figured there's value there since they do a multi point inspection and report back on any observations. I didn't get any of that, in fact my multi point inspection report came back incomplete with only a couple items checked off. I hadn't driven this car in a while so I was curious to see what kind of up keeping it was going to need. Then lastly, my car didn't get a complimentary wash. Maybe this isn't a thing any more, but it was the above and beyond things like this that add value and trust in bringing my car into the dealership. When I got home I noticed a greasy tool on my passenger seat, which tells me they didn't use seat covers, otherwise at clean up someone would of noticed it. I'll get my oil change elsewhere moving forward. More
Staff was courteous and professional, but sometimes I felt they were less than perfectly straightforward on some issues. Also, I received less information than I expected about some of the add-ons that I purchased when I got my 21 highlander limited. For example, I didn’t know there was a subscription fee for the connected services features of my car until I received a renewal notification in an email. Quite a surprise. I feel that those features should last at least as long as the warranty of the car. More
