I find the system slow moving and my service specialist Sang seemed bothered my my being there. I set up an oil change and when I got there he asked me what I needed. I asked him if he had info that I was there for an oil change and he said yes??? His whole demeanor made me uncomfortable and I would not go back there. Also my oil change took an hour (reasonable) but 30 minutes later he still hadn’t completed my paperwork. Finally a very friendly and efficient specialist took over (Mikayla) and completed it in a few minutes. Had Mikayla been the person I had seen from the beginning I would come back there. But I don’t think I’ll be back! More
