Services always takes way too long, then you receive a call throwing all these services your car needs, w/out very little explanation, I don’t know about cars, but I know that I’ve put in a lot of money, call throwing all these services your car needs, w/out very little explanation, I don’t know about cars, but I know that I’ve put in a lot of money, and here I am thinking I’ve been keeping up on my vehicle and am then told I need a brake flush and a transmission service which is another $800 dollars, people are not made of money, or have $ put away like this, and this is after I came in for a regular service which I bought in a package a while ago and another $400 due now, I declined the additional services and emailed more than a week ago the manager to ask what I needed exactly, and what it costs and haven’t heard back! First impressions, no one greeted us outside, until we walked inside. We were greated by Antonio Aguirre a salesman that had a client in front of him, and we appreciated that because we did not know where walked inside.
