I have given this rating because I feel this dealership exceeded my car buying expectations in every way. I had a somewhat limited budget and was able to drive away in a new car that I love. The salesman (Dietrich Gumbrecht) worked hard to meet my budget along with the rest of the Sales Team. Also, I had my two boys with me who can be a little rowdy during the car process- the Team was more than patient and able to occupy them while we drove vehicles and did paperwork. They were outstanding in every way. Go Power Toyota!!!! More
My wife and I recently purchase a Scion XD. The sales representative Nick was very friendly and asked if we were interested in purchasing a car. We were just taking our car in for an oil change and tune representative Nick was very friendly and asked if we were interested in purchasing a car. We were just taking our car in for an oil change and tune-up. My wife found a Scion that caught her eye. Initially it was a 2011 and after looking around Nick showed us a 2012. It was perfect for our needs. We were considering a trade-in, Nick was very patient he showed exactly what our cost would be with a trade-in vs. without a trade-in. He excused himself to give my wife and I time to discuss if we really wanted to purchase a car, trade in a car or walk away. He never pressured us. We also spoke to Hip the Manager who also answered some of our questions. He was very professional and did not insist that we make an immediate decision. After much discussion with my wife we decided to take the car. Nick suggested we take another test drive to ensure that we were happy with the car we choose. The sales service was excellent Nick listened to what we were looking for and never tried to pressure us into purchasing something we would not be happy with. We purchased a 2012 and we are very happy with our purchase. More
I came in to replace a leaking radiator (Toyota Camry, 1995). Among other things, they told me the radiator cap (less than one year old, I saw before they started work that it was in perfect condition) w 1995). Among other things, they told me the radiator cap (less than one year old, I saw before they started work that it was in perfect condition) was replaced because it was corroded and high pressure (a leaking radiator causes _high_ pressure !?!?) damaged the cap. When I asked to see the cap they told me it was at the bottom of the trash bin and did not charge me for the cap. Though they said the replacement radiator was after-market, they charged $230 for it! The total bill was $790. More

In the past, I have gone through three different Toyota dealers to service my Toy; and I have some SOUR memories from the “service provided” by these three places. Many times the service consults made me felt like I was being haggled or hassled or that my business was NOT important to them. Today, I took my car to another Toyota dealer to be serviced; and I MUST say this is by far the BEST experience I have had in taking my car to a dealer.The Service Consultant at Power Toyota Buena Park, John Kalandjian, was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He knew the ins and outs of the services my car needed in order to properly function. John provided an EXCELLENT service, and I didn't feel like I was being haggled or hassled at any time. This is the first time I have left a dealer and enjoyed everyone's interaction in the place. I will definitely go back to John again for any of my car’s service. BECAUSE of JOHN, I would also recommend this dealership to people looking to service their cars or buying a car. THANK you John!! More

This is was my first time buying a car, it was great to work with these guys I had been to another dealer ship and wasn't impressed by there customer service at all. it was great the salesman who i ended u work with these guys I had been to another dealer ship and wasn't impressed by there customer service at all. it was great the salesman who i ended up with was really chill instead of most of the sales people I met seem really high strung and pushy. this guy was really friendly and helpful , i dont know when im going to buy another car but i hope its like this when i do it again More
My family owns 4 Toyota/Scion. Before we moved to The U.hen.S., we owned few Toyota and we love them since hen. As soon as we considered buying a car, Toyota is the first and we bought a used Camry. Then we replaced with 2005 Camry which we got from Miller's Toyota and we still have it and running perfect. My daughter got a Scion 2008 later. When we explored for more cars, we visit several other brand dealers and found a Caravan Dodge from Cerritos Dodge. It became a lemon vehicle due to eletronic problem. After months of hastles and frustration, I turned it back to the dealer. The customer service manager from Dodge asked me what is my next choice. I boldly told her I will stick to Toyota. During that time, the whole U.S. is making a big deal on a single case pedal problem. Dodge CSR manager asked me why I want to stay with Toyota which was in trouble. I told her Toyota's problem is one out of millions; and your's one out of thousand! Billy helped my family got 2010 Rav4 and 2011 Yaris and we no longer have worries. Billy listen carefully to customers, not pushing but capable to convince why Toyota. I thought my family is exception but found out he is a family consultant for all his customers when it comes to buying used/new vehicle. His tactful customer relation and excellent friendliness is definitely an asset to Buena Park Power Toyotota. I won't be suprised if he get promoted or raised. Even my family have enough Toyotas, the next will be still Toyota and we recommend our friends and co-workers. He always make sure he follow up with his customers everytime we are there for services.
