Both were patient, answered all of my questions, and help me understand my options. Billy was an excellent finance manager by providing an overall welcoming experience, a great deal was negotiated at my perfect price point. I would highly recommend this dealership because of its excellent customer service that is not pushy. It was refreshing to actually leave a car dealership without feeling frustrated and exhausted but instead I felt excited about my new purchase and satisfied. More
I called the dealership and made an appointment with Nick to see a 2014 Camry. When I arrived for the appointment, he had the type car I had told him I was interested in (color, features) out in front of th to see a 2014 Camry. He was very knowledgeable about the Camry and its features, warrantee, and services available at their site. He also successfully negotiated the price I was interested in. Asked about back cup holder replacement at time of oil change. Service Advisor said he would check into it. No answer when time to leave, so asked if he'd find out and call me. When I called him, he again said he'd check it out and get back to me. Never did. Finally decided to call Manager who told me to come in and he would pay for the new part. Fair enough. Get there and they install new cup holder but leave the material cover hanging out after waiting 1 1/2 hours. Stood and waited for car to be brought to me after service and I waited about 20 minutes before I noticed that my car was parked down a ways from me - just sitting there. Went to my car, took the trash out and went home. Called the manager re the cup holder incorrect installation and he apologized and told me they would fix it at my next oil change. we have had the worst experience of our lives with purchasing a car here at Buena Park Toyota. I worked with Racheal thru the Consumer Reports new car buying program with AutoNation. It went smoothly. They tried to appraise my trade in online but I felt it was not enough. Racheal was not able to buying program with AutoNation. It went smoothly. They tried to appraise my trade in online but I felt it was not enough. Racheal was not able to fined my first choice for an interior color, but no other dealership could either. We did get a color we liked and Rachael told us to see Shawn Ullah at the dealership to reevaluate our trade in. Shawn was great to deal with and Buena Park gave us the more of a trade in Value than any other dealership and the same purchase price as my best deal. It was a good experience and I usually don't feel that way in dealing with New Car Dealers More
This was my first time looking to buy a car. I barely had a clue what I was looking for but Precious was a great help. I came across a used 2008 Scion TC and I was pretty convinced to buy it, I just had to t a clue what I was looking for but Precious was a great help. I came across a used 2008 Scion TC and I was pretty convinced to buy it, I just had to talk with my parents about it first. Unfortunately, when I came back to the dealership, another customer had just bought it. I had my heart set on a TC and in black so Precious suggested that I could lease a brand new 2013 Scion TC and that's exactly what I did. I was a first time buyer and had no co-signer, but they were able to make my payments work for me. Though I didn't get the car I originally planned, I got something even better. I can tell they really value their customers at Buena Park and I would definitely recommend anyone to that dealership. More

I went t A few reasons on why I rate this dealership so high. I first came to this dealership in November of 2010 to see (not purchase) a Scion TC. I went to another dealership first and the salesman there did not know enough about the car, I researched the bejeezus out of the TC to be as informed as possible before going but still had one or two questions, obviously, they were not answered. He just read from the pamphlet they have there. I told him that I wasn't interested in buying right now but that I would come back if I liked the car, well he pretty much ignored me then and didn't care enough to answer my questions. I ended up going to Power Toyota afterwards and Nick Sllaminku came out to see me and was very helpful. I told him the same, I was not interested in buying right now but would consider my options, he said "no problem, let's go see the car!" He answered my questions and offered me a test drive and was very helpful and courteous the entire time without pressuring me into a sale. I came back the following day and asked for Nick by name to purchase the TC from him, I brought my mom and my uncle to help with the negotiations but the entire process was hassle-free I didn't need them, I was in and out in 2 hours with my car, and it still runs great! I also go here for maintenance and have had the pleasure of Pete Amezola taking care of me. He is very polite and upfront about what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. One example being that having a new car I have free maintenance for a few years, I took my car in for maintenance probably at 20,000 miles and he recommended a new air filter and something else that I don't remember but it would cost $125. I said ok as long as he thinks I need it. About a half hour later he comes in to the lobby where I am waiting for my car and says that my old one is in good shape so we don't have to install a new one. Saved me $125 and I appreciated the honesty instead of just letting it slide and collecting money. The service department does great work and have been very prompt when I have gone. There was another guy named Buddy Dudnick that worked on my car too, but I don't believe he is there anymore. Last reason, every single time I have gone to take my car in to get it serviced I wait in the lobby for it. I see Nick walk around the floor at time and he ALWAYS sees me and stops by to say hello. He remembers my name, what car I bought, asks how my mom and uncle are doing and it is always genuine. My mom was recently in an accident that totaled her car and we went back to Power Toyota to see Nick to get her a new car. She bought a 2013 Scion XD and the entire process was once again hassle-free and easy. We are customers for life! More
