The worst! Never coming back here. Was sitting in the service wait queue for 15 minutes, no other cars waiting, all the employees just looked at me and walked by. Not one person even acknowledged me. I recently purchase my corolla in February.I took my car in for the 5000mile scheduled maintenance. I had an appointment. I took almost 2hrs just to do an inspection on my car with no oil change. When I dro in for the 5000mile scheduled maintenance. I had an appointment. I took almost 2hrs just to do an inspection on my car with no oil change. When I dropped off the car I asked the service writer if he could throw in a complimentary car wash because my car was a little filthy. He said he couldnt because he was not part of the detailing department. I thought he could of made an exception and at least tried to figure out something, but he didnt. Also the bathrooms didnt have paper towels and the automatic paper towel dispensary did not work. When I bought the car back in February the were all ready to cater to my needs, but I guess once you buy the car things change🤷🏻‍♂️. More

When I walked away, the employees just snickered away. This is my second time coming here, my first experience was also quiet bad. As soon as they found out I want to purchase a pre-owned vehicle they look down on me and kept passing me on to their newest employee. I really don't recommend going here...avoid it at all cost!
