I purchased a new Toyota three months ago and was concerned 1 1/2 months ago because I still had not received my license plates and registration. I emailed Hieu Pham, my salesperson, who reiterated t concerned 1 1/2 months ago because I still had not received my license plates and registration. I emailed Hieu Pham, my salesperson, who reiterated that he had already explained it would take up to three months. I emailed him again 2 weeks before expiration to ask for advice, but he never responded. I emailed again 3 days before expiration and no response. I called a representative there who told me that I need to contact the DMV. The DMV representative explained to me that this is sometimes fraudulent and dealers do this to cut expenses. They will only send out a large amount of license plates en masse to save money, so won't do it for individuals like myself. He looked through the computer and showed that the dealership had my plates and registration this entire time and suggested I file a complaint with the DMV because there is a three month period they had my plates and they need to investigate in case they were using them for something else. More

I always have a great experience at this dealership. I feel like they appreciate my business. There’s only one problem and that is the parking situation really sucks. I have someone come and bring me, if I can, to have my car serviced. The issue is there are too many vehicles for sale and no parking. That has nothing to do with the service and that has been excellent but having someone bring you and you can’t find parking that’s a bit stressful. However, at this time they’re doing renovation so I feel like this problem will go away. Can’t wait to see the new update a dealership. More

Service Dept (-1 star) - Doesn't know what they are doing, did not even checked all fluid and tip it up to the recommended level on a new car delivery. Also, not willing to perform any service or setting by Toyota manual if customer is not willing to pay $395+ for a diagnosis. Hope the new Service Manager can look into that and reform this xxx culture of AN Toyota. Finance Dept (-2 star) - You will not be surprised, but this one is the worst. No credit card payment up to $2.5K, if you want to payoff or get your own bank loan, they only give you "3 Days" to delivery a check to their front door. Yes, "THREE DAYS", "72 Hours". If you picked up your car at night or after 5pm, you are down to 2 xxxxing days = 16 working hours. So overnight mail may not work if you don't have a bank already or money on heads... other dealership from my experienced, 7 day is reasonable, or even 15 days. This place is want your money. So be prepared!!! Waiting/Customer/Parking Area (0 star) - nothing to say, go check out yourself and see with your own eyes... please! If not Mr. Pham keeping customer info and happy, this dealership is the worst from my lifetime experience... they don't care of their customer, just want to milk you like a mother cow until you are dead. Be aware!!! This is my own personal experience 2 weeks ago, if you like it, I am happy for you... but I am sure this is not ethical to any living organicism. Please treat your customer like a human being. I've bought from AutoNation before, Infiniti. They treat their customer nice. Please learn from others, in the same auto group More
