I came to purchase a vehicle that I had been watching online. My son came with and we were both quite happy with the exceptional condition the Highlander was in. The price was very fair. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the vehicle smelled like cigarettes and a few air freshener pads were placed under the front seats in an attempt to cover the odor. This just made it worse. They offered to deodorize but we felt we could do it ourselves and be happier with the result, which we did. We will be coming back for any future services! More

I had a scheduled appointment for service and waited 5 hours for a 20000 mile complimentary service. I was told by my service advisor Steve that it would only take 2 hours at most.
