If I had to do it again I would NOT have traded our car in, first amount they offered was $6,800.00, then I showEd them that CarMax would pay $10,800.00 and Carvana $2,300.00 more than CarMax. If I had only driven the car back home and sold it to Carvana for $2,300.00 more. Paying for the vehicle with cashier checks and cash took over four hours, first was the credit check (815 & 794), then we had to fill out loan paper work, because they said if our cashiers were not good they would have this to fall back on (but we have never heard of such a thing), etc. Next time I buy a vehicle from them if ever I will pay in CASH! We have purchased a vehicle in Boston, the dealership picked us up at the airport, then drove about 20 minutes to the dealership and about one hour later we were driving our new car back to California. We have purchased several vehicles in Northern California and with all of other purchases we have never had this problem any where else. I called the salesman over a week ago to find out where the wheel lock tool was, he said it should be in the glovebox, I told him it is not. He said he would check and call me back, I ask him if he had my number, he said yes and hung up. That is the last I have heard from them.
