This dealer is actually one of the better ones I’ve been to - and I’ve been to a lot. They offer some awesome perks and are very straight forward. No scummy sales tricks here. Once you buy a car, they offer 5 days where you can return it no questions asked, no re-stocking fee or anything. They also gave me a free 90 day warrantee, so buying with them felt very safe. When I did go to pick up the car though, they were a little disorganized. They knew I was coming to pick it up, yet it wasn’t ready, I had to resign documents, and they had to print new plates because the ones they already printed went missing. Sort of annoying. Why not have the car ready when you know the buyer is coming? But overall, still a good dealer experience, which is saying a lot. More
I had an appointment for for an annual car maintenance (basically oil change and lube). It took them all day like FIVE hours before it was done despite brining in the car on time. This is an improvement (basically oil change and lube). It took them all day like FIVE hours before it was done despite brining in the car on time. This is an improvement from the last year which took all day like SEVEN hours. Who would like to be tied up all day without the car for an oil change and lube which may take only 30 minutes or less to finish? What's the purpose of making an appointment if I still had to wait hours and hours before any of their mechanics can get to work on my car maintenance? I have never had this kind of problem with other Toyota dealers, but this particular dealer seems to have all the time in the world to do a job. More
UPDATE: 12/21/22 I was finally able to get my issue resolved all thanks to the new GM Mitch Merten. The salesperson was very helpful in finding me the right vehicle but the finance manager screwed me over an unnecessary warranty that I refused. I only agreed to get the GAP insurance since he emphasized it so hard but when I came home and read my contract I had over $1,700 additional charges of warranties charged which I believe refused. Hope nobody else gets screwed over. This will be the last time I will be purchasing/leasing at the Buena Park location. More
Was prepared to purchase an available vehicle at asking price but they stated they refused to sell to an out-of-state purchaser. I've purchased several vehicles out-of-state over my lifetime & have never price but they stated they refused to sell to an out-of-state purchaser.
