Went for routine oil change, multipoint inspection, top off fluid. Entire area under construction. Was told my advisor was out to lunch but shouldn't delay process. Didn't see that many cars there but stil off fluid. Entire area under construction. Was told my advisor was out to lunch but shouldn't delay process. Didn't see that many cars there but still took 3 hours. Came home to find out they did not top off my washer fluid... My other family members went that weekend. Got short video recordings of what was done to their cars, and made sure fluids were topped off. I wonder whether that they were trying out. Would have been nice to have that, would remind mechanic what needs to be done and educate customers on the condition of their cars. Not sure if I would go there next time due to the long wait and missed work. More

My service advisor Emanuel, is professional, patient, knowledgeable, just an asset to the Service Department. He was on point, didn't waste time. I let him know what I needed as far as service. I was able to pay for my service in a very reasonable amount of time. I asked about a free car wash, he already had a promotion card with the code I need to input when I arrive at the carwash, in his hand. I appreciate the excellent customer service, from this advisor.
