Lack of transparency. Over-estimated labor, parts, and delivery. Car was brought in for a key fob reprogram. Car was 2 days past due and inaccurate invoice. Came here for a 12month service after Juneteenth holiday. Was told it would take 2-3hrs but I spent 4hrs waiting. Not ideal but it was after a holiday.
