My sales person Tony A was amazing. He was extremely patient with all of my crazy requests in finding the perfect car for me. It took almost a month, but it was all worth it. His time, energy and drive showed every encounter I had with him. He was on top of tracking the delivery of my vehicle, and was extremely attentive to responding within a timely manner. Terrible expierance in this dealership with fiance department. I did a trade in on 10/13/24 with salesman Rogelio he was great overall. I signed paper work with Angel Ruiz and went home end of the day. On 10/13/24 I provided Mr Duarte Sales manger with my 10 day pay off for my previous car. On 10/23/24 I realized car was still not payed off and it was the last day of the “10 day pay off”, I went into the store since nobody would answer in the finance department, spoke to sales manger Eddie and he informed they should be receiving it that it takes time to be patient I did inform was concerned since my monthly payment was due 10/26/24. Few days pasted on 10/26/24 I went into the store again for the second time because again nobody was picking my call. I spoke with Eddie manger and he informed he was sorry about that unfortunately the buisness department has no mailed the check. Long story short check was recieved 11/2/24 and it was short $269 bank teller was able to waive some fees and informed if I payed $150 they would be able to close off the loan and to contact Toyota to reimburse me, I payed the $150 and left a few weeks pass. I then contacted finance dept on 12/11/24 spoke Eddie and he informed he would send an email to have a check cut to me. 12/17/24 I went to Toyota AGAIN to follow up on reimbursement , spoke to Ozzie per Ozzie no email was sent, I explained the issue and he went over to speak to his manger, he came back and informed me he will personally send an email to buisnesss office and have a check cutt to me. 12/20/24 Ozzie texted me that email was sent and was waiting, on email he specified only $67.20 was issued for the 10days they were late. I informed that is a mistake I am requesting the $150 that I had to pay since the check was short because THEY TOOK MORE THAN 10 days to pay off. I informed to pls escalate to his manger. 12/27 text Ozzie to follow up no response. 1/3 txt Ozzie again to follow up he replied during afternoon informed $67.20 check was ready to pick up. 1/4 I picked check up from him and stated I would like to speak about the $150 , he went back to his manger because he said this was something higher that he has no power too, he came back over and mentioned he manger said check will be cutt for $150 and will be mailed over night , 1/14 texted Ozzie for an update no response, up to this date no check for $150 have been received. Completely unprofessional and scammers. Definitely do no recommend terrible expierance More
