I leased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL from AutoNation Hyundai on 1/2/24. I love the vehicle! Our Sales Consultant, Mark Weber, was fantastic! Every other contact I have had with the dealership has been a nightmare. I had a payoff on my 2021 Nissan Rogue which I was trading in. The dealership called Nissan Finance and was told that the payoff amount was good until 1/6/24. They finally decided to make the payoff on 1/19/24.....almost two full weeks after it was due! I had been paying Nissan Finance through an automatic payment plan on the 15th of every month and assumed that the Rogue would have been paid off long before then! As a result Nissan Finance withdrew an additional payment of $287.61 from my checking account! AutoNation Hyundai has NO interest in reimbursing me for that. No one wants to take any responsibility to assist After calling the dealership on numerous occasions and being unable to speak with anyone other than my salesperson, who was unable to help me, I went into the dealership and tried to speak with the General Manager. They would not allow me to speak with him! No one wants to take any responsibility. The Customer Financial Services Director, Dustin Amann, came out and immediately became quite adversarial in the middle of the showroom floor. I had to suggest that we continue our conversation in his office...not the middle of the showroom! He promised that he would look into the situation and either call me or email me. He did neither. I have called numerous times, left messages, and texted, all to no avail. BTW, I was very polite! They also never bothered to order license plates for the vehicle until 2/20/23! I could go on...yes there's more, but hopefully you get the idea! More
We had a disappointing experience with this car service center. The windshield was broken during the service, and despite bringing it to their attention, they failed to acknowledge or address the issue. Cu center. Customer service was lacking, and I'm left with a damaged windshield and unresolved grievance. We tried to contact them multiple times and left voicemails and messages and still haven’t even received a phone call! Terrible service - Not recommended!! More

I went to Autonation Hyundai in Tempe, Arizona to see a used Kia Nero PHEV. There I met Johnny Olsen, the sales consultant, who gave us the keys to the car to try it out for ourselves. My wife was not impressed with the size of the car. When we got back, Johnny suggested we check out the new 2024 Hyundai Tucson-N line, because now the factory is giving a $2500 discount. We tested the car and were very impressed with the design and accessories. Johny Olsen introduced his sales manager Mr. Corey Strycker with whom we closed the deal very quickly, which I was very pleased with. Thanks to Johnny, we bought a new car that we really like. I wasn't planning on buying a car so soon because I really didn't need one right now. I'm not usually friendly with car dealers, but Johnny and Corey won our hearts. Corey, the sales manager was very friendly and open. I would recommend Autonation Hyundai Tempe as the #1 dealership in Phoenix, AZ. Important: Always ask for Johnny Olsen who is very professional and very friendly who will give you good advice you can trust. More
Sales man Damian was Amazing! I had a very impatient 3 month old but I was treated with so much patience and understanding, it really took a lot of stress out of it. Damian also made sure that I knew exactly what I was buying went over everything with me, all of the cool features I would not have even known I had.Also Hyundai was great by making sure the safety recall was fixed before giving it to me as well as sending me off wit a full tank of gas! I love my new-used Hyundai!! More
Our salesperson was very helpful, not high pressure at all and answered all of our questions. He was courteous and well informed about the car and took extra time to make sure all was well at the time of all and answered all of our questions. The only downside was the attempt to upsell additional warranties and protection packages - it was not done in a very customer friendly way. More
