I took my Accent to AutoNation Friday after I had trouble starting my car. I knew it needed a battery because the original had lasted more than four years. Service (Peter) took me in without an appointment a starting my car. I knew it needed a battery because the original had lasted more than four years. I have always received good service at AutoNation and I appreciate their willingness to fit me in to their busy schedule. More
Bought my new Venue in December. Took her in for service at 7500. Did not realize that your store wouldn't honor the service package I got from camelback Hyundai. They seemed really short staffed normally they are the best unfortunately this time I had trouble scheduling an appointment. So I drove 14 miles to schedule I was told three weeks out. I called back finally got a hold of the receptionist again wanted to speak to the GM was told he’d probably call me the next day we’ll today is the next day nothing. More
The oil change I scheduled was completed and I was told my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. I remember that, but was not given any check-off paperwork to show what was checked and what need my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. After the first visit, he was patient, LISTENED, easy to converse with, and he even told me to go home and think about it! He wasn’t aggressive, he was empathetic, and stuck to what I was looking for. He’s xxxx smart and might I add, he actually made the process fun. Good good guy. More
