I had an appointment set for 11:00 am for an oil change ~ Jake assisted me about 5 minutes late but that didn’t matter cause he showed me how complimentary coffee machine worked and when he quoted me an hour Jake assisted me about 5 minutes late but that didn’t matter cause he showed me how complimentary coffee machine worked and when he quoted me an hour to an hour and a half for service to be completed he was spot on ~ one hour!!! I was impressed with the person who cashed me out, he went over charges with me and explained each one, he also found over charge and corrected it and used my coupons for added savings . Smoothe Is a wonderful salesman! I came in March 2022 to put a deposit on a '22 Hyundai Elantra. The cars were selling quick, so I wasn't able to test drive the car. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the fact-based features and benefits of the car. He was not pressuring me to any extreme to buy the car. He was quick to the point and answered all questions intelligently. All questions were answered within a few hours. As far as financing the vehicle, they are very flexible for financing options. I personally was not a fan of the cost of the options given, but again Hyundai is very flexible and making sure they can offer you something reasonable (I don't recommend getting gap insurance for this car). No problems whatsoever with the vehicle itself. The Color of my Elantra was an electric blue. Be sure to add a protective wax to the windshields and paint because it gets dusty really quick. Lastly, a factor for many new car buyers, Tempe Hyundai does NOT have a market adjustment, so you're paying MSRP for the car. This car comes with free oil changes every 7500 miles, up to (I think?) 30,000 miles, so that is a wonderful thing as well. Overall, my experience was absolutely great, and I highly recommend this dealership for your next new car purchase. More
