Our experience with AutoNation Hyundai Tempe surpassed our expectations, easily one of the best dealer experiences we've had to date. Steve was wonderful to work with. We were waiting for a vehicle to com our expectations, easily one of the best dealer experiences we've had to date. Steve was wonderful to work with. We were waiting for a vehicle to come in and he kept us updated along the way. He immediately let us know when it arrived and we were in the very next day to sign papers. We expected to be there for hours and hours for the purchase/paperwork, nope. They had us in and out fairly quick, we were pleasantly surprised. There was no hassling, the price we paid was exactly what we were quoted weeks earlier. We found that other dealers were adding $2,000 onto the same exact car for "market correction" costs, not this dealer. I would definitely recommend friends/family to visit Steve and the rest of the crew here. Thank you all! More
Did not receive the service I thought I would. I showed up to my appointment and Jol was 23 minutes late to my appointment. After getting my car serviced over the weekend. I rush over to pick up my car Monday and then I turn on my car, my service light is still on. One of the agent told me they’ll take it to the back to get it checked really quick. But instead of putting the car in reverse he put it in drive and ran over the side walk along with the concrete side curve to park. It’s been about two days and I have not received a call, email, or text notifying me what’s going on with my vehicle. More

This is not the first time I had issues with the Service department making an appointment. This time my appointment was made for 1pm I was told it would take a lil over an hr when I made the appointment. It department making an appointment. Yet service manager Jay couldn't have been more helpful when I brought my car in for a new battery (replaceable under lifetime warranty, so no cost to me for the visit). Jay's patience, humor, communication, professionalism, and positive attitude are exemplary! More

I had my car serviced and that was mostly fine, The AC wasn't working and I had a question and called my service person and of course had to leave a message because they don't answer their phones there wasn't working and I had a question and called my service person and of course had to leave a message because they don't answer their phones there (I've called multiple time and I've had to call the sales and merchandise dept. to try to get a hold of the service dept.) I have yet to receive a call back.. Very poor business. More
