We bought the car late August 2022 . Right away we noticed that the low oil pressure light kept coming on while vehicle on idle. (we always kept the oil at the correct level), We called to let them know of this problem and a chip in the windshield that was not there when we first saw the car and agreed to buy the car. (we live in Tucson and is not always easy to coordinate to take the car for service). Just recently we were able to take it in but Mike Herron, sales manager is no longer there, Corbin, service tech is no longer there, Raheem Velasquez, our service tech assigned to us, never saw him, Max Moon, another service tech, told us that he talked to Josh, (another sales Manager but he was not willing to help us in any way, shape or form not even with the chip in the windshield). They told us that the 90 day warranty was no longer valid, even when they knew of this problem maybe 2 months prior. They charged us $150.00 just to find out what the problem was and $975.00 more to replace a faulty oil pressure switch harness, that cost $13.00 at the auto parts store.. After I paid the $150.00, I decided to get it repair elsewhere. This by far, has been the worst car buying experience that we experienced and we will not recommend Auto Nation Hyundai Tempe to anyone. Stay away from this used car lot and the incompetent sales, finance and service team. Ramon Delgado
