I took my car in for a oil change and alignment if needed. I took my car to Big O to be aligned prior to taking it to Autonation. Big O said the car did not need an alignment,and gave me a print out,w needed. I took my car to Big O to be aligned prior to taking it to Autonation. Big O said the car did not need an alignment,and gave me a print out,which showed the car did not need a alignment.I took it to Autonation to get a second opinion.They aligned my car. charged me $109.00. When I asked Rick for the print out showing the alignment settings, he was not able to give me the settings.I asked Rick if the car needed a alignment,Rick said we recommend a alignment at 1500 miles. I had 11700 miles on the car. Rick never gave me a yes or no answer as to whether or not the car needed to be aligned.I took my car back to Big O and had the alignment checked again. The car was out of alignment Big O corrected the problem.Autonation also charged me $86.13 for a synthetic blend oil change with filter.Thats over priced.I can get a full synthetic oil change for a lot less. Camelback Hyundai charges $79.00 for full synthetic oil with a filter, Big O charges $49.50 for the same oil change.I am going to report this to Hyundai Headquarters. More
I have been lucky to have good service writers. Accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable. Fred, Clint, Amanda, and Joe. I just wish you could keep them on staff. THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I have ever had from A Hyundai brand! Promise personally to handle a situation and again failure!!Going on 7 Months since reporting a problem with rear seat beat still not Hyundai brand! Waited for 35 minutes and still ignored by service attendant when should have been my turn!! If and when my seat belt issue is resolved I WILL be choosing an other dealership to service my vehicle in the future!! More
I took my car in for 15k service. My advisor was Ricky Robertson. Ricky was very nice and helpful in getting the service started. He did state that the car would be vacuumed and washed. Everything went fine except the DID NOT vacuum and wash as I was told, which was very disappointing. Ricky said we can run it through again or bring it back. I did not have the time for any of that. But to me attention to detail is key. Although Ricky was very nice I feel he should have been on top of the 'completion' of my service appointment. More
