Having my car serviced the other day was a great experience. Max took very good care of me and all of the other customers he was in charge of. I can't get anyone in the service dept to answer the phone, in fact I can't even get the operator to answer the phone. Had the engine from the block up replaced and it's obvious they didn't take the hoo phone, in fact I can't even get the operator to answer the phone.
