I had made a service appointment two weeks ahead. Two weeks later, when I came to the dealership on the appointment day, the service advisor unexpectedly tells me that no technician was available tha Two weeks later, when I came to the dealership on the appointment day, the service advisor unexpectedly tells me that no technician was available that day, and told me to leave my car until the next day. He promised that the service for my vehicle would be completed by the mid-afternoon of the next day. I called him back next day in the late afternoon, but now he tells me no technicians were available and he wasn't sure when the technicians would be available to fix my car. I was lost for words. I did my part, but these guys did not honor my appointment, did not respect my busy schedule, did not keep their promises, did not even bother to communicate to me about their staff shortage or change of plan ahead of time. Now I have to look for another place and make a new appointment. Who knows when my car will ever be fixed? If I knew about the issues at this dealership, I would not have made the appointment to begin with. I have totally wasted my time with this place. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. This service location is totally useless and very unprofessional. I would never come back here again. Ever! If I could give a negative star rating, I would. More
Jake was a very honest and hardworking mechanic. He ordered the needed part and got a 2 day delivery so we were only without the use of the car for 3 days!
