There were a few hiccups along the way that were out of his control, but Josh was very communicative, helpful, and patient throughout the process. On the day of the sale, he ensured our questions were answered (even the ones we didn't know to ask) and that we were thrilled with our new Tucson. Dustin, the finance manager, was extremely helpful as well and made sure we understood each of our options to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
