I was curious about the Hyundai Santa Cruz Night edition which I had seen online. I went ti see if they had one on the lot. I didn't see one and was ready to leave when the salesperson Bri walked up and ask which I had seen online. I went ti see if they had one on the lot. I didn't see one and was ready to leave when the salesperson Bri walked up and asked me some pertinent questions. Turns out they had one which had just come in out back. She brought it up and it was the color I'd been considering. I sat in the front and back seats, took it for a drive and fell in love. I had been looking at several other brands but in the end feel like fate guided me in there that day they made the process quick and easy with no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. My car needed a lot of Maintenance & my service manager ~ Max Moon was very through and explained everything. He even went out of his way to have my steering wheel fixed at no charge by having the warranty e Max Moon was very through and explained everything. He even went out of his way to have my steering wheel fixed at no charge by having the warranty extended. That saved me $450. !!! My car is now in tip top shape & I'll continue to bring it back for Maintenace & full inspections that give me "peace of mind". More
The customer service is lacking, they show no empathy with the customers, they are more worried about if you have an appointment or not.
