I work with Raheem Velazquez he had excellent customer service skills he kept me informed of what was going on with my car via text he was a pleasure to work with he gave me a form to fill out but I think this is a better way to let him know I appreciate everything that he did and I will give him a 10 plus score thank you so much and have a nice holiday
