I went in for a routine service. They recommended a cabin filter change ($100) and a front end alignment. The tires are wearing fine and I only have 12k miles. Not sure why it would need an alignment this soon. We don’t drive over curbs. I thought cars today are supposed to not need that very often. The dealer is going through a remodel, but there was no coffee or soda available. The individual that helped me didn’t seem like he liked his job. I expected much more from the dealer. I may start going to a different dealer for my future service. More

I had a great experience at AutoNation Hyundai Tempe. I sent an inquiry online and received a call from a manager that put me in touch with Ted. Ted was very prompt at getting back to me. I made a last minute appointment and he was ready when I arrived. He made the whole experience wonderful! I already knew I wanted an Elantra Hybrid. He had one ready for me to look at. He offered the test drive before I could even ask. I wanted a different color and he found one for me that had just arrived and hadn't even been inspected yet. We had the best conversation when I was there. It was like visiting with an old friend. I HIGHLY recommend Ted and AutoNation Hyundai Tempe! The Finance manager was great and friendly. Even the General Sales Manager came out to say hi and ask how everything was going. I worked in car sales and finance back in the last 90's. These guys went above and beyond. I was impressed and that's not an easy thing to do! If you want a Hyundai or even just nice used car, call Ted and give him a chance to earn your business. You won't regret it! More

Very happy with dealership, they are in process of remodeling, so no showroom. Only dealership to keep me informed about cars coming in and got me the specific car I wanted. The dealership I bought the car from was difficult to work with. I called Auto Nation in Tempe and was greeted by a lady. I told here I needed an appointment for the first recall. She gave me the name of the Service mgr. He told me about the construction going on at the dealership. The repair took longer than expected but because the people I talked to were nice, I'm sure to return. I will not talk ill about my original dealer. To answer the question below about quality, the car runs like before. No-one said anything about what was done. Customers don't talk to mechanics like thee old days. It's a shame because I really cannot answer any of the below questions honestly. 1.cost-no. cost. 2.quality-can not say. 3.speed-took 4+hours. 4.I waited. 5.Service-there wasn't any. More
Initially had difficulty scheduling an appointment to have a warranty recall completed on the steering column of my Elantra N line.. Dana was very helpful in assisting with communication and in expeditin have a warranty recall completed on the steering column of my Elantra N line.. Dana was very helpful in assisting with communication and in expediting the time frame of the repair. Excellent work on the repair with the grinding noise eliminated and everything working as expected. The dealership is under construction and offers a waiting area without TV and only outside restrooms. Hopefully the project will be completed soon. More
