Wonderful experience. I, a flustered vehicle owner, wanting out my current vehicle, was greeted with the friendly and caring attitude of the entire staff here. They put their best foot forward from the get go and made sure I was presented with results that I couldn’t say no to. The sales manager himself, Corey, was their at the time I picked up the car making sure it was spotless and ready to go home in what was superior to factory showroom condition. My sales rep, Bri, was not at all pushy and made sure I was well taken care of. I’d recommend autonations car buying disruption to the car industry anytime. They were not like a traditional dealership experience and I will be a repeat customer for my next vehicle. Thank you for making it easy and stress free!!!!!! More
Max Moon was great. I told him I had to be at work at 1:00. He went to the shop and had my battery replaced right away. However I was told by Dana at this facility my ba I told him I had to be at work at 1:00. He went to the shop and had my battery replaced right away. However I was told by Dana at this facility my battery was under warranty. It was not under warranty. I did not appreciate being giving the wrong information when I was told I had to pay for the battery. Dana should not be giving out false information. If she is uncertain of how to answer questions she should give the call to someone who does. I have a job which involves customer service. Brought my 2017 Hyundai in that we just recently bought from another dealership. Wanted to make sure everything was working and reliable for our 16 year old to drive before we send her off in it. We left i from another dealership. Wanted to make sure everything was working and reliable for our 16 year old to drive before we send her off in it. We left it and got a call that everything looks great and to come pick it up with no charges. Good to know this dealership is honest and helpful! More
