Got a 2017 Hyundai Veloster which had been "inspected thoroughly" from them in early September and it's already got SEVERE camshaft/engine problems in December. It's been over a week since I dropped i thoroughly" from them in early September and it's already got SEVERE camshaft/engine problems in December. It's been over a week since I dropped it off at their service dept and they still haven't even looked at it (or given an ETA when they WOULD look at it) or acknowledged how bad it looks for a car they sold to break down in less than 3 months. Absolutely abysmal experience overall with time in the rear view, I will NEVER purchase from or do service with AutoNation Hyundai Tempe ever again. More

Bought a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealer. Ted our salesman was amazing to work with. Corey, the sales manager was very friendly and straightforward. Very low pressure sales. Had an oil change. Was expected to take about 1.5 hours - took 3. The service advisor was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The dealership is under construction - so no coffee, water in the lounge - which was expected. The wifi didn't work. The disappointment was the lack of communication - no one checked in with us while we were there. We checked with our advisor at one point who told us it would be 30-45 minutes more. He then must have gone for lunch - no communication from anyone. We had to ask and have someone else finish the paperwork as we could see the vehicle on the lot. There was a technical problem and the price had to be adjusted as we were to get the oil change special. More
