Our salesman, John Olson, was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely conscientious. He ascertained our needs, then gave us multiple choices for the most appropriate vehicle. He made sure the fina helpful, and extremely conscientious. He ascertained our needs, then gave us multiple choices for the most appropriate vehicle. He made sure the financing was in place, so that all we had to do on our return visit was sign the paperwork. The finance person made that part easy. John gave us a comprehensive lesson about all the features of our new car. All in all it was a great experience! More

Completely neglectful finance department. Sold over-priced un-needed GAP coverage and Mechanical Breakdown Package ($4,000) and was informed that the Extended Warranty Pckg-was a Hyundai prod Sold over-priced un-needed GAP coverage and Mechanical Breakdown Package ($4,000) and was informed that the Extended Warranty Pckg-was a Hyundai product (It's not, it's AutoNation 3rd party junk) I've been trying to cancel the GAP and 3rd Part Extended Warranty for over two weeks. Over 10 unreturned phone calls and not one email answered. Spent over four hours with Hyundai Motors Consumer Affairs- I am having the entire contract re-drafted and upper management has had to step in. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Awful experience. More

I have been very loyal to this dealership since I bought my car in 2011. I have had minor issues with sloppy work but never what I would consider bordering on fraud and outright poor information. They sai my car in 2011. I have had minor issues with sloppy work but never what I would consider bordering on fraud and outright poor information. They said I needed front and rear brakes immediately. They said I needed tires soon. I maybe understood the brake statement but since the 50k rated tires had under 20k of very light driving I was curious. i asked for a brake quote which they said was $750 ish. I scheduled a brake check at two different locations over the next two days and a tire check at Discount Tire. Front brakes 6 and rear 7 as measured at both places. Not the 3 that AutoNation Hyundai told me. One said at least 10k miles before needing changing of the pads. The other said 15k and maybe 20k. The tire tech laughed at the statement of needing changing soon. He said at least 20k miles. So, for the first time this dealer really felt like a suede shoe sales shop. I hope they get back to their normal good service. More
Car leaking oil after service. No call back about the problem. Passenger seat was covered in grime when the car was picked up. Was offered to bring it back to get it cleaned. I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t have to come back when it is convenient for you nor should this have been a problem to start with. Was also presented with the 30k mile service option for $1600. Really happy I declined that. Overall a real poor experience More
