First time using the service department and everyone I met was really nice. My car was serviced quickly and I was kept up to date on the details. I will definitely be back. The dealership is under renovation. I was pleased to receive an email from them saying it was best to drop my car off the day before to avoid congestion, but I waited until the last min I was pleased to receive an email from them saying it was best to drop my car off the day before to avoid congestion, but I waited until the last minute, and at 4 the day before my appointment reread it and noticed I could only get a ride home until 4! I called the number in the email and was pleasantly surprised that I actually reached someone. She said I could get a ride until 6, so I high-tailed it over. My appointment was at 11, but around 9, I received a call with questions from the service guy . We discussed what work I wanted and didn't want done. I received another call about 10, saying my car was ready. I received another call, this one from the driver, saying he was on his way. This was one of the best experiences I've had at the dealership, communication-wise, ever. More
