We found a vehicle we liked. We noticed some paint missing on the roof and tried to get the price adjusted for what we noticed. We had a great experience (actually one of the best in 45 years of car buying) purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited with Josh G at AutoNation. Called and confirmed that the car we wanted was on t years of car buying) purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited with Josh G at AutoNation. Called and confirmed that the car we wanted was on the lot and available for purchase, arrived at the dealership within the hour and were able to take the car out on a test drive by ourselves, and then easily completed a deal. Autonation is one of the few dealerships (perhaps only in this area from our research) that doesn't pile on $3k - $4k (or more!) of unnecessary and unwanted "dealer added options". They have only the window tinting for the 2 front windows which is actually useful here in the Phoenix area. Josh G was straight forward, friendly and efficient. We got a trade-in evaluation while we were doing the test drive and when we got back we started right in with the paper work. Quickly got to an agreeable trade-in (based on a trade in offer we already had from Carmax) and completed the sale. It might have taken less time to purchase the car than it did to have Josh G go over some of the new car's features as he was very thorough in going over the things that would be helpful to know immediately. If you are looking to purchase a new Hyundai, look no further than Autonation Hyundai in Tempe - even if it's not the closest dealership. It will be worth your time and money - and if you can ask for Josh G. He sets a high bar for service - and delivers! More
