I took my car in for an oil change and naturally I was told I needed a number of other services performed on my car. Then I decided to back at previous invoices, as I’ve always gotten my car serviced at AutoNation. Turns out they’d performed the exact service in August of 2022 and wanted to do the same service in April of 2023. Needless to say, they’ve broken my trust AND lost a customer! More

The buying process was long but great.
