Though this awesome dealership I was able to buy the best car I have ever owned, 2022 Kona, since that time I have come to the dealership for all maintanance, and I am still, almost two years later, blown away by the service and hospitality of this dealership. First, the salesperson I was speaking to Joshua Gavin just stopped communicating with me completely after I had already committed to purchasing the car. After negotiating terms with him, I had to go into the dealership and start all over with a new person because he was nowhere to be found. Before we came in, I had only requested that we could come in the same day to sign as we would to pick up the car since we live far away. The salesperson found it necessary to put in our notes that I was being “very pushy” on getting the car which is a weird way to phrase someone wanting to buy a car. I’ve worked several job where I had to - as part of my job - know what promotions were currently going on and what the terms were. The folks at Autonation Hyundai had NO IDEA about the terms Hyundai was advertising on TV. They got the interest rate, term, and cash back amount all incorrect and were somewhat incredulous when I told them about the terms. But after checking with someone each time, they could confirm what I was telling them. Also they told me they detailed our new car and they obviously did not. The back windshield was filthy and so was the inside of the doors on a brand new car. I cannot recommend this dealership. I asked them clear questions that they could not give me answers to, such as at what time would the vehicle be ready to be picked up. Instead they decided to call me “pushy” in notes that I could clearly see. More
