Smoove did a great job on my sale. My only issue was they said they ‘had’ to run a credit report when I was paying cash! Not happy! It dinged my credit score 10 points! For no reason! Our service rep, Ashley, was great at communication! The issues we had with the car were fixed, even though it took all day to accomplish the tasks. In fact, it took nearly 3 hours just to do the diagno The issues we had with the car were fixed, even though it took all day to accomplish the tasks. In fact, it took nearly 3 hours just to do the diagnosis?! They definitely tried to upsell on other service items, but were fine with us picking and choosing what we had them do. All in all, not bad for a dealership service center. More
